When I Started:
Oct, 2006
How I Started:
I've always been a physical person. Interested in all manners of physical activities. My Job involves alot of climbing. I began working out to perform better in all aspects of life. I love free running and want to be in fighting shape.
Why I Love It:
The sense of accomplishment and self control. I owe so much to my trainer Deron. He's been an inspiration of realism and has given me the structure I desperately need. It's made all the difference. Very knowledgeable. You need to have someone you really trust to make it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am an ecto mesomorph. A wonderful curse. It is a challenge to retain muscle, But I have been and will continue to be successful at it. I also enjoy breaking through personal plateaus. Everything seems possible.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from aprx. 20% Body fat and 198 lbs. in Jan. 07 to 13.5% & 175 lbs. in 6 weeks. - took a break due to work and came back. Then went another 3 weeks and dropped to 10.4% and 169 lbs. currently i've floated around 7-8% and I'm done with cutting fat and now working on building lean mass. I am now 5 months into serious tuning and am at 182 lbs. I am getting stronger. My trainer is brutal, but a great guy.

Congratulations on your win. How long have you been training in BJJ for? I am looking to hopefully start learning it maybe 1 or 2 times per wk.
