How I Started:
I started lifting with my dad in our basement when I was about 13 years to get bigger for football. We did not have a set program really except for a book on strength training that I had purchased, so gains were minimal. It was not until I started high school and joined the powerlifting team that I really got into working out and gaining mass. I have been experimenting with both powerlifting and bodybuilding techniques ever since
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is one of the few things in life that make me feel good and show results everyday. My time in the gym is my time to shut the world out and do something I truely enjoy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is very difficult for everyone. I especially struggle with this because due to my schedule I have to work out by myself most of the time. My main motivation is to obtain short term goals and inch my way towards long term ones. As cliche as it may be watch Pumping Iron and Rocky III also gets me psyched up and ready to lift.

Lately, I've been starving following my workouts. I typically eat within15-20 minutes following my workout, then eating dinner an hour to an hour and half. Then about an hour after dinner I'm starving again. I try to eat low calorie foods like lettuce and green peppers, then i chug a ton of...

Tom, Keep up your excellent work! My experience has been that I'd be massive today had I only stayed with it when I was younger. I'm picking up where I left off and will gain back what I can.

Yes sir. It's from the 2009 IPA DE states. It was my first PL comp.(notice the ****ty form lol) and I'll be competing on the0th of May at the DE power classic....Looking to pull a bit higher than 500 and much cleaner.
