sec0107 You are not annoying...at all!!! :-) I do cardio 4 - 5 mornings a week, and I lift 4 nights a week. I've worked out since I was 23. Except for a period of 1.5 years, 2008 - 2009. I hate not working out...messes with my head! Jan 25, 2012 4:30pm

sec0107 Exactly, you'll find what works for you...time wise, energy wise, what feels right. Time is a big factor, whether you have 3 days, or 4 or 5 that you work out. Do a search on Push Pull...that works for me ;-) x Jan 25, 2012 4:18pm
