I've been a martial artist for near 2 decades, but didn't start training until I returned from China and realized that technique wasn't nearly enough...

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
90 seconds or less because anything more than that and HGH levels drop, and Anerobic training plateaus

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Wasn't directly related to bodybuilding, but I hurt my middle-trapezius while moving a solid-oak Armoire up stairs while on a moving job. As of right now its been injured for over a month. Well, for all the bluster and promises of my first blog entry, i've not a lot to show for it except being in worse shape now than I was when I wrote the first entry. I won't make excuses, it was lame and I'm ashamed of letting myself get this far off the track.
