How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
10-12 on light days, 6-8 heavy days. The whole 'Toning' thing is BS

90 seconds or less because anything more than that and HGH levels drop, and Anerobic training plateaus

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Wasn't directly related to bodybuilding, but I hurt my middle-trapezius while moving a solid-oak Armoire up stairs while on a moving job. As of right now its been injured for over a month. Right now...more
