Where do you get your workout programs?
Day 1 = chest/tri
Day 2 = back/bi
Day 3 = shoulder/leg
I go Day 1, Day 2, Rest, Day 3, Day 1, Rest, Day 2, Day 3, Rest, Day 1, Day 2, Rest, Etc...

No worries Chris. I know what you mean. Tips for you. hmm. You have good size and cuts (a nice balance). Really depends on what you're trying to do. So heres what i'd say. Decide to bulk or decide to cut. I feel like you get the best gains when focusing effort effectively into one venue. Think about it.
