my trainer has me eating about 1100kcal a day, mostly from protein sources. once a week he lets me eat up to 200g carbs, but it still has to be clean...no cheating! i've never ate this clean in my life! it was tough the first week, but i'm starting to get used to it now. what kind of diet is yours like?

Keep up the good work!
