How I Started:
Not sure exactly when I got started; I was probably 15 or 16. Since then I have been going to the gym with varying regularity. However, it has only been in the past month that I have started to get really educated and moved away from the kitchen sink approach (a million and one different isolation exercises). Thus I view myself as a bit of a beginner, though in many ways I am not.
Why I Love It:
I like feeling strong, and I enjoy lifting weights.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't have trouble staying motivated - I love it :)
