How I Started:
Never worked out in my life until Jan of 2007 when I started a weight loss competition between a few friends, and went from 238 down to 206 in 3 months. During that time, I learned a lot about what I can accomplish and how determined I can be. Working out is now an addiction and I can’t wait to see what I can do next!
Why I Love It:
The feeling you get after a workout. The pumps are great.
