Just look back at all the times i've failed at this. And realize, this is a life change... failure is not an option.

To Get down to 200lbs by the end of the year.

I have struggled with weightloss. Its mainly because I get lazy and then get pumped up again. Its a rollercoaster ride. I've tried many different routines and cant seem to find one that I love. However, i've done some research and established a routine and diet. So by hard work and determination i will get my six pack.
