How I Started:
Just got sick of being fat and having no energy I just found my switch and turned it on.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel and am starting to look better too.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep photos around of how I would like to look and just keep my eye on the goal.

I workout 5 days a week. 45-50 minutes of resistance and 20-30 mins of cardio. I work different muscle groups each of the five days and vary my cardio routine to keep it fresh and interesting. I also take non-consecutive days off for resting.
