How I Started:
I played football in college and always enjoyed that part of training. Recently I bent over to tie my shoes and had to stop and catch my breath. Ahhh! That was enough!
Why I Love It:
I love the results I get from working hard. I also enjoy the social aspects of the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at myself naked in the mirror and know I have to keep working hard.

As I continue to watch my diet more closely than I ever have before, I'm having some difficulty in increasing my cardio. I'm able to do it 4-5 times a week, but would like something more exciting than running, eliptical, treadmill, etc. So...today I started Brazilian Jiu Jitzu classes...
