Goal (Long):
sometimes when i go into a diner or restaurant i am shocked and saddened at what i see there munching away contentedly. people eat and eat to the point where they look absolutely grotesque and become shackled by all those excess pounds, thereby limiting their range of physical activity. i was beginning to fall into that pattern myself when i realized it was time to reverse course and just say NO to excess food. weight training produces results and provides the motivation to turn your life around. anyone who doesn't jump on the "get-in-shape" bandwagon has no idea what they are missing. The younger folk say they do it to attract the babes or the dudes. Once u enter your forties you do it to stay alive and, regardless of gender, NOT look like you are pregnant.
