At this point I would like to add a small aside about micromanaging your food intake. I believe that everything is okay in moderation. You have most likely heard this before, and perhaps it does not seem feasible. I do not like to think of it as an excuse for eating all of the chocolate I would like to eat, or for indulging in fatty foods when I really don’t feel like it.
