My Motivation Program

I stay motivated by focusing on the example I want to set for my kids. Also when I don't feel like going to the gym I visualize what I want to look like and ask my self how I'm going to get there. I also change my workout when it doesn't feel right to keep it different.

heatrock29 It is truly an honor to be an inspiration in your life. Sometimes as Marines people skip over the fact that we have lives too but thank you because we all serve a purpose in the Corpse no matter how big or small our job may be. If you ever need anything feel free to hit me up and I will do my best to help you. Again thanks. Mr. HeatRock Never Settle for Less Apr 5, 2010 6:17am
