My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
I aim to lift heavy, concentating on Powerlifts, Squats, Bench Press & Deadlifts, all twice per week, plus varied assistance exercises.
Weekly Workout Outline Programme:
Monday - Squat, BP & DL all heavy
Tuesday - Back assistance exercises
Wednesday - Chest assistance exercises
Thursday - Shoulder assistance exercises
Friday - Squat, BP & DL - light if playing Saturday or heavy if not playing
Saturday - Game day (or Cardio - usually long cycle ride in off season or swim)
Sunday - As God said: "day of rest"!
