SAY YES TO FOCUS, MOTIVATION AND DEDICATION. PUSH PAST EXCUSES & TAKE ACTION! 2-DAY UPDATE: -WEDNESDAY- Outdoor 5-25 HIIT run at a local park. -THURSDAY- Yesterday I pumped out a challenging 5-25 UBWO. Although I pushed myself with my heavy DB choices, I can see by my heart rate peaks that I wasn’t challenged as much as I had hoped. Admittedly I was in a hurry to get it done, and then squeezed in tasks to freshen up and eat to prepare for singing in a choir/praise team service. Afterwards I was pleased to have spare energy to help move furniture to set up the room for an upcoming Saturday event. Got in 5,000 steps!

Yesterdays Strength day! It was alright. I feel pretty decent dor being absent since the beginning of march but dont get me wrong this first week back has been HELL!

WE BACK BABY!!! Ugh. That was the longest two weeks of my life. But the incision looks great and no nore radiation scheduled. So Id say that's a win!

Making some headway at least…glutes and abs are the hardest for me to develop! Weighed 133 today, 18.2% body fat on the digital scale but they arent accurate. Basketball tourney for my oldest this weekend a few hours away should be fun! Mother/teen son date weekend i suppose :)
