2-DAY UPDATE:
-WEDNESDAY- Outdoor 5-25 HIIT run at a local park.
-THURSDAY- Yesterday I pumped out a challenging 5-25 UBWO. Although I pushed myself with my heavy DB choices, I can see by my heart rate peaks that I wasnât challenged as much as I had hoped.
Admittedly I was in a hurry to get it done, and then squeezed in tasks to freshen up and eat to prepare for singing in a choir/praise team service.
Afterwards I was pleased to have spare energy to help move furniture to set up the room for an upcoming Saturday event. Got in 5,000 steps!

Yesterdays Strength day! It was alright. I feel pretty decent dor being absent since the beginning of march but dont get me wrong this first week back has been HELL!
