How I Started:
As many I have always been relatively active my entire life playing h.s. soccer and running cross country. Well in college the pounds came piling on...then off...then on again! Now here in my mid twenties i know there is no better time to take control of my health and appearance.
Why I Love It:
it is the me time to get away from all the other worries of life, i look better and feel better when i'm active...it's also so much more fun to go shopping cause your jeans are too big than to small.
How I Stay Motivated:
goals goals goals...im so proud when i accomplish a goal...looking at old pictures...those can be VERY motivating

So it has been sometime since i 've logged on here consistently...and my workouts and diet have been just as inconsistent...current stats

my lifting has been weak! (my effort more so than my potential)
