How I Started:
I was deployed to Iraq and needed something to help me pass the time. Plus I am a firefighter and wanted to stay in shape.
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling of accomplishment when I increase the weight of a lift and watching my body change for the better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just take things one day at a time. I also take a look at other guys my age who are out of shape and promise myself that I will never let that happen to me.
I want to gain 10 pounds of muscle and get my bodyfat down to around 7-8 percent. I will do this by the end of the year. I want to do this because I think I would feel better about myself and make myself more attractive to my wife.

I usually do 3 sets per body part and 4 on the larger muscle groups like legs/back/chest. I usually train more for how the muscle feels than how many sets I do.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Around 2 minutes. Just enough time to feel some recovery without losing my pump.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Vin Deisel or Brad Pitt. I prefer the athletic look.
