When I Started:
How I Started:
When I was 17 years old, my friends started going to gyms so i tagged along, now I'm the only one who is still dedicated to a workout routine.
Why I Love It:
It can be as serious as you want it to be. Unlike team sports, what you accomplish from lifting is determined by you rather than your teammates and coaches. Your gains come from your motivation, no one will ever hold you back nor carry you.
How I Stay Motivated:
Exercise Sci is my field of study. It is very easy to stay motivated when fitness is your passion.
BB Accomplishments:
Total body change. Though i still carry a good amount of body fat i have managed to gain good muscle definition
