Workout Program:
I'm starting back with the workout program from the book "Bodysculpting Bible for Women".I now have a weight bench and free weights. I use more weights than I do cardio. I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian of 5+years.I drink
64 oz.water daily and try to lower my sugar and salt intake. My supplements are:
multi-vitamin,lipo 6 hers,omega 3,ginko,and protein drinks with glutamine.
