When I Started:
Nov, 2001
How I Started:
I first got started working out by doing Billy Blanks dvd's at home in 2000. I then started at a gym in college in 2001. I liked it so much, that I joined a gym in my neighborhood in 2005.While at my new gym, I met a female bodybuilder who was very nice and she explained all about competing. I was interested in competition, but did not have the money for a trainer or nutrtionist since I am a vegetarian. I have since moved to another city and have "lost my drive".Getting started is never the issue,it's to keep going throughout the year, especially when working nights and a student during the day.Energy is what I need, any suggestions?
Why I Love It:
I loved the way I felt and looked. I loved being labeled as "athletic". I would like to get back to that label as well as pursue a fitness career in magazines and websites inspiring others.
How I Stay Motivated:
BB Accomplishments:
none yet, but am interested in competition. Maybe bb or figure.
My goal is to lose 20-30 pounds, gain muscle, lose bodyfat and look better than I've ever looked before.
Goal (Long):
I want to achieve my first goal first, then my second goal is to compete as either a bodybuilder or a figure competitor. I would not be able to compete as fitness due to the lack of gynastics and dance. I just want to compete!;)

My wife and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true, probably sooner than you think. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat by following the 12 week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the results and they will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
