How I Started:
Well I have always enjoyed working out, but nothing serious. I mostly played competive sports. I have had 2children and just want to get into a shape I am proud of again. I am just getting into focusing on fitness. I am a true begginner and welcome any tips.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
Well the photos that my husband took on our trip to the Keys this summer is what motivated me to do this. Yuck!
I want to make some small changes, but that make a big difference.

Many folks are in the exact same boat as you are. I sent you some Body for Life information. It may help to clear up a few things. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to get in touch with wither my wife or myself.
Thanks for noticing. I know cuban food it is more than tempting and much more than fattening, but with a motivation as noble, patriotic, and "gratifing" as yours I'm sure you can be strong until that lean and trim figure can be appreciated by the one that counts.
If you would like to make your fitness goals come true and sooner than you thought possible I recommend you look into the 12-week Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. It is not super easy nor is it so hard that you won’t be able to achieve your goals. We were amazed at the results and you may be too. Let us know if you would like more info.
