How I Started:
I used to be super fat back in high school so i started working out a little. Slacked off when i first came to college, but now I'm really into it.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get while working out . It makes me feel good and look better. I can't get enough of it and I rarely look forward to off days!
How I Stay Motivated:
Originally it was to beat my dad's max bench, which was 305. I saw the progress that I made physically and how I would feel when I worked out and I've never looked back.

I don't have set exercises I switch it up every time to make sure I don't do too much of the same thing.
