How I Started:
I used to be super fat back in high school so i started working out a little. Slacked off when i first came to college, but now I'm really into it.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get while working out . It makes me feel good and look better. I can't get enough of it and I rarely look forward to off days!
How I Stay Motivated:
Originally it was to beat my dad's max bench, which was 305. I saw the progress that I made physically and how I would feel when I worked out and I've never looked back.

Solid transformation into muscle. Back is getting thickly muscled and shredded and wide. Thin the waist some more and that will be one impressive V-taper, Big broad shoulders and solid arms/forearms. Congrats and continued success. André and have a great Holiday Season.
