I once read an exercise book that noted how most grocery stores are set up the same with fresh/healthy foods in the outer aisles, and refined/processed foods toward the inside. I just try to stay in the outer aisles as much as possible. Lots of chicken, fruit, veggies (even though I hate them), eggs, cheese (my weakness), and whole grains.

Keep it simple.
I don't get too crazy with supplements (can't really afford them anyway), I just stick with whey protein, fish oil, and a multivitamin.

This site keeps me motivated.
I log my workouts regularly to keep track of my progress, which definitely helps. Seeing other people's transformations is inspiring. Hoping to compete for the first time next year.
