I started actively going to the gym as a senior in high school when I struggled to stay as fit as I wanted to be. First it was a chore, then it became a hobby and I started teaching group-x classes. Later, I realized how much health and fitness was my passion and now it's my life!
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Truthfully, none - it's the part of my workout I do because I know I have to. However, the Expresso Fitness bikes are great (http://www.expresso.com/). What is your cardio exercise plan?
I try to do cardio 5-6 days a week, mixing up high-intensity intervals with some moderate intensity days.
