hey doll, everything is all over the place. gained a little weight back, really need to slow down. but getting back on my game, just slow going. Anywho how are you doing?, B.T.W. abs look great

Things are going good, just tryng to iron out my diet and refocus my workout. Looking for some enery supps to take, need a little boost at the gym. Hope your doing well, how is everything?

OK,MS LADY LOOKING GREAT. SO, I NEED YOUR HELP. DESPITE DROPPING INCHES AND LOSING WEIGHT FROM MY LEGS, I STILL HAVE CELLULITE. I WANT TO REDUCE MY THIGH FAT MORE AND GET SOME TONE, SO THEY WOULD BE JIGGLY? SUGGESTIONS?

Girl, fell off a little, being doing to much and not hitting the gym like i should. Lucky, I am not going up in size, but not decreasing either, I need to lose 6-7 more pounds and I have to do something to get these legs tight. I am not feeling losing inches but still having cellulite. suggestions, Also how are you doing?

girl, it has been a journey and then some. All truth have not been to the gym in about a week and a half. Moving from my townhouse into a new place, so been preoccuipied and work has picked up lately. Surprisingly I still seem to be losing weight, don't know how. But plan to get back to norm, once things are settled which should be by next Monday. and you?

hey girl, yeah trying to stay afloat, packing and moving this next two weeks. So i suppose I will get some exercise from that, but I am still trying. Gotta get down to nice and tight.

THANKS FOR CHECKING IN MISS LADY. THIS WEEK HAS BEEN BOTH GOOD AND BAD. NOT GETTING TO THE GYM LIKE I SHOULD, MOSTLY ME,ALSO BEEN EATING NOT SO GREAT...THANKS TO FRIENDS IN TOWN. GOOD STUFF...MOSTLY MADE GOOD FOOD CHOICES WHEN I DID EAT OUT AND STILL MOTIVATED TOWARDS MY FITNESS GOALS.

Girl, your legs look fab. How did you get them so tight, lean, and toned. Share the tips, trying to get there, I haven't worn shorts/shrort dresses (without stockings) in about the same amount of time.

GIRL, I HEAR YOU, I DID A TWO EXERCISE DAY YESTERDAY. DON'T KNOW IF I WOULD DO IT EVERYDAY, BUT IT ACTUALLY FELT KIND OF GOOD.
