How I Started:
Had Enough of being out of shape. Signed up for the YMCA and never looked back.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel strong, like I can conquer anything. Forces me to push myself beyond what I think are my limitations. Helps me to relieve stress and drama from the day.
How I Stay Motivated:
It is hard for me and somedays, I fall off. But most days I don't and I just try to encourage myself and remember my goals.

I have shed over 45 lbs, used to weight 250 lbs.

Goal (Long):
"I have always been a thick girl and being tall that is not a bad thing. But while I am still in my twenties I want to get a better health and fitness lifestyle going for myself, while it is still easier to drop the weight. I want to develop a lifestyle that will protect me in my later years and keep me active. Of course looking and feeling sexier is a goal as well. Hence me not wanting to lose my curves.
I am very top heavy (38f-at least for now), but I want to slim down my waist and get leaner in the abs area, I have decent hips and thick thighs (want to reduce those as well, lean but fit) and little booty (want that to sit up more and stick out a little better). I also want arms to trim down and be more toned and breasts to be slightly firm. I will and know i can do this, so begins my journey!

SO I WENT WITH A FRIEND TO HER WEEKLY BODY BOOTCAMP CLASS, IT IS PRETTY INFAMOUS IN THIS AREA AND I WANTED TO TRY SOMETHING NEW. THE CLASS WAS INTENSE AND DEFINTELY DID THE JOB. THE GROUP OF LADIES ARE EXTREMELY SUPPORTIVE OF EACH OTHER AND FIGHT HARD THROUGH EACH EXERCISE. I REALLY DID ENJOY...

everything is a bit of a jungle act at the moment trying to fit everything in but its going slowly but going all the same haha I finally join the college gum next week which should speed up my progress some. The weather is turning here so the mornings are becoming more dark and wet so its hard to run when its like that :(
I'm doing pretty well. Just getting over my Olympia weekend. Have some travel this month. When u consider energy supps, are u talking pre-workout enhancement (Nitric Oxide/creatine) or simple energy boosters? For instance, ABB makes great energy drinks...BSN No-Xplode is a fine pre-workout NO enhancer for better workout "pump" and development.
I hear what u are saying but to get rid of cellulite you have to lose inches and fat. I know right. I hate that the girls are leaving me but in the end it will be worth it.
