I started to get big like alot of guys. I always felt i was too skinny for my frame.
Why I Love It:
For me it is an escape from everyday life. When im working out, nothing else matters at that moment, just the task at hand. For that 1-2 hours its all about me.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Its fine if its needed, but it is aggrivating when some feel they have to do it on every rep of every set.. Im not loud if i do

Well I finally did it. I benched 305 tonite for 2 reps !! I had a bad day and was in a shitty mood and it just fueled my fire. I didn't have any plans of maxing tonite, it just happened. i was feeling good hitting 245 for 8 reps, then 265 for 6, and 275 for 5, I decided what the hell !! I...
