Background

When I Started: Dec 2010
HOW I STARTED:

My high school was a joke compared to my other schools i went to..depending on the perspective..because i was in a school full of Asians and Caucasians. and i was always in school ruled the Hispanic decent making it hard on the teachers and students to live out a "normal" high school. In my new school i figured i could play around with my peers and dominate them in all physical aspects..man was it fun..I'm 5'5 and entered football..since then working out has been a subject I'm very passionate about...this was my senior yr.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love Bodybuilding because....of many factors...and they just keep on coming.. first of all its my own way of being one with nature in the sense of my workouts, I like to do them outdoors and all body weight routines..secondly its my way of stay healthy I try not to over train but try to stay in my peak performance whether with going the long haul or giving all i got in a short sprint. I practice being ready at all times and situations. Physically, mentally and internally.
