Before, in high school, I used to work out everyday. Ever since I graduated I didn't continue with the work outs that I gained weight. Now I want to change all that and get my body to were it was before. I want to lower my body fat and gain muscle. I want to be at least 125 to 130 lbs.

Congrats on making the decision to transform yourself and if you work out with intensity and eat 5 to 6 small, clean meals per day and do cardio at least 3 times per week you will be amazed at the changes and the spped at which they occur.
