I wanted to improve my self image and to get stronger. I was always the skinny kid and I hated it. So I started to take steps to change it.
Why I Love It:
Because I'm never saticfied with myself and I enjoy posting myself to new limits. I also love staying in shape.

Great to hear that man glad your getting back to it keep it going! I'm not so great I have 2 herniated discs ans a bulging disc in my lumbar spine so gota take care of those things before I can resume training. Have a great weekend man and Jah bless -Kdeazy
