by far the best pump out there bro. Stomach trouble was pretty minimal for me, some customers have told me it gives them trouble though. Also towards the end of my cycle i experienced some trouble sleeping once i bumped up to 3 scoops. if possible stay between 1-2 scoops

hey bro yea muscletech is real reputable...but honestly my best results have come from superpump250 by gaspari as a pre workout and pro complex protein as a post. plus u can take the pro complex as a pre because its packed with glutamine and bcaas

i keep my chest workouts real simple...
4 sets of flat bench (alt dumbell and barbell)
3-4 sets of incline (alt dumbell and barbell)
and occasionally i do flyes
