Lifted with football and basketball, and it led me to bodybuilding
Why I Love It:
Its my time to do what I love doing. Nothin else bothers me when im in the weight room. Like Johnnie Jackson says, "Just you and the iron"
How I Stay Motivated:
being an athlete is just part of my lifestyle, its something i can't do without. reaching new physical highs is something that makes the rest of life just that much better
Become the best athlete possible- dunk harder, run faster, catch better and hit harder
Goal (Long):
I'm just gettin kicked off with my university's spring football workouts, so im tryin to add all of the weight I can, but not at the expense of speed and athleticism.
Thank you so much for adding me as a friend. I am so flattered with the sweet and generous compliment you left for me. Your picture is fantastic - best wishes with achieving your goals. I see you are tall, I am 6'1" myself without shoes.
Jen
Holy Crap you're tall!! You look great! I can't believe the difference in such a short period of time....you've done some awesome work!! You must be very pleased! :)
Thanks for the info and can certainly see that U R the biggest receiver on the team already and most likely with the most defined body also. Will certainly keep an eye on your progress to that goal. Andre
Thanks for the add. Well deserved pat on the back for that one year transformation. BTW..how's the football training going? And what position(s) training for? Just curious. HA lol Andre
Welcome big guy and well deserved. Best of luck with your training both with the weights and football in January. I'm sure you'll do just fine, more than fine even. Keep up the great work. Andre
