tbradfor Hi TMann, I love training. If I could live in a gym, I would. So, training is going great for me. I have the temptation to jump on cardio machines--I love running and any form of cardio. Unfortunatly, cardio makes me thinner than a post. So, I'm limited to low intensity incline walks:(. Today, I'm training my back. Plan to work it out!!! Train hard, stay focused.
