HammerFistX ha, ha, love the Hulk comment. LOL. My stupid overeating habit was hiding some good muscle and veins under a layer of fat for years. Now that it's coming off, it seems weird to look at myself. Who is that guy in the mirror? LOL. I hope you are doing well and making progress towards your goals as well. Keep hitting it hard! BullMoose7 Thanks! Still doing Keto - I actually really like it. I feel better on it. We've always eaten pretty clean but with carbs removed I feel good until about the 6th or 7th day I crash and need some. It seems like the weight loss stopped for a few days...hopefully it picks up again soon. How's training coming along for you? Feb 20, 2011 10:26am

Remember, with each workout push a little harder so you can blast through any plateaus.
