How I Started: I started working out when my son was born. I dont want him to have a fat dad. Though I have not made big gains and want make improvements and noticeble changes.
Why I Love It: I like working because I want to improve my body and health. Its great when you can see little changes because it makes you want to do it even more.
How I Stay Motivated: This is probable area for me. I think of my family and wanting to look good for my wife.

I want to know the best way of equaling out a bodypart.  My right oblique sticks out further than my left one and wanted to know how i would go about making them look the same in size.  When i look at them it looks so lopsided and wierd.

Abs are mostly genetic. Guys get better lower abs. I made up my own routine and I go heavy o them.
