Well, yesterday was off - but Wed did my new upper body workout. SHEESH - It was great - very sore yesterday - Kept diet at 1300 cals - today is lower body again. Scale isn't moving - although I am not 100% sure that is any way to gauge progress. Not going to get upset about it -...

You're so lucky! Do you show? Breed? Are they working horses? Just curious...I love them so. I've been riding since I was 3 y/o but "life" got in the way and it's been years now since I've ridden :(

I must apoligize, if I would of read your profile again I would see where you from and if you work out at home or a gym.
Anyhow. I am same as you. I am trying to bring down my bodyfat percentage (again.. sigh) to hopefully 10%. I just need to clean my diet more. Its horrible at moment. My only stupid excuse is I travel much for work and it is so hard to find healthy meals in the airports
