BigOrin Well it is June 3rd. June 21st is the official start of summer. When the weather starts to get warmer the sweaters and coats get put away and we really become more aware of how in shape (or out of shape) we are. BigOrin I have the same problem with the lower back. Aleve is the best thing I take for my lower back pain. I also use like a theragesic or deep heating rub. A soak in some hot water helps too. May 7, 2011 10:35pm
