When I Started:
Oct, 2006
How I Started:
I was only like 135lbs. as a freshman in high school and I was tired of being the little weak kid out of my friends. So then my mom actually took me to bodyworks and got me started lifting there for a little while to see if I liked it or not and as it turned out I really love it there and I met a lot off people that taught me some interesting stuff.
Why I Love It:
There are a million reasons why I love bodybuilding/Working out but some of the best answers would be that amazing pump that I get during and after my workouts. :) That is one of the most amazing feelings, and the fact that I'm now 173lbs and im benching anywhere from 335-340lbs for my 1 rep max and my dead lift is now 405lbs for one rep.
How I Stay Motivated:
If there's a day that I don't really feel like working out I'll either watch a video of Big Ron and if I don't have internet access then I'll try and motivate myself mentally. It's a little harder than jus watching a video tho.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting my bench up to where it is at now and only weighing 173lbs, having a body that I've busted my ass for, even though I won't ever let myself be too satisfied with my body because then I might loose all motivation to better myself. I've gained over fourty pounds in about 3 years

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
A lot of bicep workouts work but the ones that really kick ass are 21's and "running the rack". With running the rack I start with the 40lbs dumbbells and do sets of 7 and then I drop down to the 35's, then to the 30's and so on all the way down to the 20's and the I use a curl bar with a 10lb weight on each side and rep it out. With 21's I usually use a curl bar and put a 25lb weight on each side and you jsut do 7 curls half way up and then 7 curls half way down and then 7 curls with a full range of motionA lot of bicep workouts work but the ones that really kick ass are 21's and "running the rack". I am looking for a supplement or a stack that has good results and if possible minimal side affects. I'm open to any suggestion. Thanks to all who reply
