When I Started:
Feb, 2008
How I Started:
Started working out again after a 3 year lay-off. While working 70 hour weeks and tons of travel, I sorta let my workout go. I also had a shoulder injury and some lower back pain from an old sports injury that really needed time to heal.
Why I Love It:
I love the personal growth and therapy from working out. I want to stay fit for my children and be an active part of their lives. I have never sat on the sidelines with anything, raising my kids won`t be a spectator sport for me either.
How I Stay Motivated:
I`ve just made a commitment to myself. My father passed away at an early age with heart problems and I`m just trying to be there for my family by staying in shape. I hope it helps, but I understand there are no guarantees.

New year, new goal! I plan to shred the fat and reach a new high (or low) with my bf%. This year I will be a well-oiled machine that always gets the job done. Better define my chest, abs and legs. While continuing to grow each day.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder injury, I got it originally when I played baseball and it has sorta been re-occuring when I lift too heavy. Just trying to do the right stretches and supplement well.
