i fell ill with an infected appendix and was redused to a willted 130 lbs, a friend has introduced me to bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
I love how you r the only one responsible, no one can make you eat/train so success or failure, its all on you.
How I Stay Motivated:
contant push for PR's never walk out without some sort of weight or rep PR
BB Accomplishments:
not really a bbuilding acc. but i won my weight class at the MO state fair deadlift competition with a 4th attempt of 470 in the junior mens 220.

I have a question for ya ...decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped and tight with low bf% and maintain my current mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass 3 days a week. do you think with a clean diet this schedule will get me from 14% bf to 6-8% over time ? After I get bf down I will look at bulking ..do you think that schedule will actually get me results?

thanks man ! I am looking forward to seeing you progress. I am posting new pics and new fitness assessmnet soon for my one year of training I thin k I am.... started at 185 now 160 want 155 lbs started at 17.1% now 14.5% want 8% bf% started at 34-36 waist, now 32-33 want 30-32 inches. when i hit 8% I will bulk up. look forward to your take on my progress once i post it all

hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!

I'm not sure if I told you but I have tendinitis in my right knee, as well as a calcium deposit. Doctor said I can run if I can endure the pain..so I'm doing it. How are things with you?

Thanks for the pic comment bro. I need to better job at leaning back in the pose and keeping my head back. I am all bent forward and it stretches out my lumbar and traps so it makes me look to flat. Just have to do more practicing

a 6? Mothertrucker, according to what grading scale????? Lol, just jokin man. I appreciate the honest feedback. Agreed, shoulders are by far my weakest body part. Hopefully the change in rep scheme I told you about the other day will bring them a bit, im givin em 6 weeks and then its on to trying something else I guess
