I have a question for ya ...decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped and tight with low bf% and maintain my current mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass 3 days a week. do you think with a clean diet this schedule will get me from 14% bf to 6-8% over time ? After I get bf down I will look at bulking ..do you think that schedule will actually get me results?

started at 185 now 160 want 155 lbs
started at 17.1% now 14.5% want 8% bf%
started at 34-36 waist, now 32-33 want 30-32 inches.
when i hit 8% I will bulk up. look forward to your take on my progress once i post it all
hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!
I'm not sure if I told you but I have tendinitis in my right knee, as well as a calcium deposit. Doctor said I can run if I can endure the pain..so I'm doing it. How are things with you?

Thanks for the pic comment bro. I need to better job at leaning back in the pose and keeping my head back. I am all bent forward and it stretches out my lumbar and traps so it makes me look to flat. Just have to do more practicing
I'm not sure if my progress pics will really do me justice, but i think i will have to post some real soon. Not too many guys make it to 150 lbs all natural.

Lol, just jokin man. I appreciate the honest feedback. Agreed, shoulders are by far my weakest body part. Hopefully the change in rep scheme I told you about the other day will bring them a bit, im givin em 6 weeks and then its on to trying something else I guess
