Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel more confident about myself.
Wanted to get a body shot to be able to compare once i start seeing results. I am at 31% body fat and 170lbs at this point. Hoping to get both those number way down within the next 6 months!

Is there any benefit to working out in the mornings vs. the evenings? Or splitting it so that you lift in the AM and do cardio in the PM? Please let me know as I have decided to change it up a bit and start lifting in the AM.
That's cool, that N.O. xplode should give you a little more energy to power through ya workouts, and all. Try the 8 week slimdown in the articles, that's how I broke that plateau of 205 down to 200. It's all good, remember take ya time, and enjoy what you are seeing more than anything
You are beautiful! Keep up the good work because It is hard for me sometimes due to family, work and school but we stay in shape so we can function in a better way and live longer! Good luck with your goals.
I have to agree ….it’s a HUGE source of motivation for me! Thanks for the compliment! Keep training hard and have a great weekend! By the way....great avi.
all will go well just dont look at the scales because with the workout an all muscle weighs more than fat so trust me I got all upset before I knew that because I thought all the work I put into this an no weight lose? you can do this have a good day
I do not personally know of one but I believe that if you go on to the forum and ask on the women’s section that they will know. If you try that and have no success give me a yell back and I will do some searching for you.
Tam: I hope you know that you can count on both my wife and I for support. We do not make idle comments and if you need us we will be (and are) there. As far as your nutrition, it is quite probably the key to success. You need quality food to achieve quality muscles and if you are going to be dieting you need to make sure you are getting the best nutrition to keep you (and your muscles) strong. Eat well, lift weights and then, and only then, do cardio.
