Workout Program:
New diet, new workout. I hopefully made the gains I was looking for this winter when I had an excess of calories. Now that I am dieting I will now change my workout back to one bodypart per day and currently 25 min of light jog on the treadmill. once I'm in the diet for a couple weeks the only thing that will change is the amount of cardio that I do. I'll be increasing the time as I go....high incline, walking briskly.
