I started working out only a few years back when I was basically not too impressed with my "skinny fat". My boyfriend was really into working out and got me started. He got me on an exercise plan and nutrition plan. Working out gave me great muscle tone and I improve each year. I've learned so much along the way with nutrition and exercise and how important it is. This is my lifestyle now and it always will be.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I have when I leave the gym every morning. I have a great sense of accomplishment especially now that I am competing. My strict food plan that Chucksm00th designed for me is sometimes difficult but so worth it when I see the outcome.
How I Stay Motivated:
It gets me up in the morning! I love to work out and when 6am rolls around I am up and ready to go! I stay motivated when I see my results. Knowing that I can only get better gives me the mentality to push harder at the gym and be on top of eating healthy and in proper portions. Sometimes when I feel like slacking, my boyfriend, Chucksm00th, gets me back to where I need to be. He isn't about cutting corners or sneaking a cheat snack....he's very dedicated and helps me be my best. He believes in me and I love that about him.

My current goal is to place in Fitness Atlantic this coming April.
Goal (Long):
My current goal with my body is to develop great muscle tone, which I know comes with time and dedication. I'm hoping to place in the two competitions coming up for me in the spring. I am very interested in fitness modeling and getting into this would be a huge accomplishment for me.

I want to LOSE 13 lb
