To say that tonight's workout kicked my booty would be an understatement. This was the last of the 10 rep workouts for the HST.

Howdy! Well that is good to know. A lot of people seem to like it for some reason, but I am always a skeptic. mmmmm coffee...a small fortune goes into my coffee habit. :-)
You had also asked about my workout. I had some reasonable success last year doing a circuit workout every other day, and cardio on alternating days, but now, I'm looking more at focusing on losing body fat first, then when I get down to a reasonable level, bulk up. Snatches and clean and jerks with a barbells will help your deadlift.
I only have 300 lb's so I can't max out my deadlift --- but you would have to be Olympic medalist to snatch 300 pounds.
Hey. Removed the pic so that I wouldn't get so many stupid "you just need to eat a sandwich lolz" responses in the forums. I don't have access to a gym anymore, so its been kind of hard to keep up with the routine :S I was doing alright, I did gain a little weight. Not really sure what to do now.
Just wanted to say thanks for reading my blog...btw...I think my issue was hormone related...today I'm at 131 (same weight) and 10.85% body fat which is down somewhat...
