I reached the big 40 and decided it was time to change my life - sitting at work all day I decided it was time to become more active and I needed a challange

Over the last two years I have seen the changes in my body and I like what I see so I now want to see my body in the best shape it can be!!

always give myself small goals once I acheive them I move on to the next and the next and so on
