I started competing in martial arts when I was 6 years old up until I was 26. I started lifting to help with my training as a teen. The gym I lifted at was an old school "guys" gym. I loved learning from the guys there and being able to lift the heavier weights. I kept it up and got into small time competing in college. I worked as a trainer at NYHRC (midtown) and at Personally Fit in Raleigh. Now that I've left personal training behind, I'm focusing on me again.
Why I Love It:
I love being able to shape my body and see different results by changing up my workouts. I like the clean-living lifestyle and the benefits that come with it. Plus the gym is my drug!
How I Stay Motivated:

Absolutely. too many people in that contest are ordinary every day people who are just trying to get rewarded for hard work. The others just want to get the attention of hollywood agents. Makes me wanna puke.
