How I Started:
I was introduced into weights from my brother when he started football, I was about 8 or 9, lifting cinder blocks, and benching/squatting cinder blocks on the ends of a stick. Then I started getting a little more serious in the 7th grade for football, competed in many power lifting competitions took 15th in the state as a freshman but due to football schedule could never return. But after highschool graduation I fell in love with body building lifting rather than power lifting.
Why I Love It:
Working out helps relieve a lot of stress, and puts me in a great mood. To me there is no greater feeling than being in a weight room throwing some weight around.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation isn't hard to come by, seeing weights is motivation enough.
