I got an Oxygen Magazine, lost my job and decided to pursue my dream of being a fitness model. Also I had a miniscus tear and wanted to build up my muscles in order to recover from surgery faster.
Why I Love It:
I love the way my body is transforming. I wasn't HUGE or anything, but I'm digging the way I feel and look..
How I Stay Motivated:
I go on Body Building.com EVERYDAY to track my progress and fitday.com to track my diet. And I started a NO EXCUSES wall in my living room next to my computer where I can see it all day every day.
BB Accomplishments:
I just got a 100 on my exam on Physiology, kinseology and posture!!!!

Why I like this video: I love this work out, it gets UNDER my arms which I have had a hard time targeting. I've had to tweak it a little we don't have all the equipment at my gym.

I dropped by to say that you are doing great in your quest to get into great shape and I congratulate you on all of your hard work. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you are proving that with hard work it can. You are showing a lot of determination and strength of spirit and are a true inspiration. Stay strong, focused and determined.
Think of it this way...you guys are just getting all the sickness done early so you can concentrate on contest prep!! I actually backslid a little.I always put on ten lbs when we move...sigh.The movers haven't even arrived (three more weeks) and the scale is creeping up.

Oh yeah...3.5wks out now! I'm hungry, tired and all that good stuff =) I'm actually looking forward to a muscle building off season! I'm happy to hear you're back in the swing of things...once you get in a routine, your body will start responding!
