How I Started:
Shortly after meeting my step dad and constantly seeing him lifting all the time. I got motivated to lift and excelled in sports in doing so.
Why I Love It:
Cause the gym is the one place that you can go and let all of your frustration out no matter what is bothering you. You make many friends that you can lift together with in the future. You also have a great overall appearance that people take notice to.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Just dont listen to the negative things people tell you. All my life I have heard that you'll never be bigger, you cant be stronger and ive proved everyone wrong. Four years ago I weighed 110 pounds and heard it about being small and weak from everyone. Now im 205 pounds, go to the gym 4 times a week and am well respected by everyone.
